Mortitx-Lavanor Valley

Small valley in the public area of Mortitx offer a landscape that is highly representative of the karstic terrain that dominates the Serra Tramuntana mountains, where the views are boundless.

Venture out on a wide, unspoilt path to explore the least populated part of the island. Particularly noteworthy are the olive groves, vineyards and karst erosions.

It is also worth mentioning that the Balearic Government has developed plans to reintroduce black vultures and griffon vultures to this area, making it easy to spot Europe’s largest birds here.
